A nose of vine tomato, fresh-cut grass and black pepper. A fresh palate with a medium bitterness and a striking pepperiness. Pour over pastas and rice dishes. Shake it up on salads. Put this on peppers. Try it with everything from mango to Manchego.

Process: Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from mechanical (never heat or chemical) means; 0.16% acidity. The olives are milled within *an hour* of being picked in their mobile mill (🤩). This oil is filtered.
