TOILETPAPER is an artists’ magazine created and produced by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari. The photography-based publication contains no articles or advertisements, and each issue revolves around a basic theme, such as love or greed. The brightly-coloured, surreal images vary in style and reference, and include word play and optical illusions.
Toiletpaper Poster "No soul for sale" is taking inspiration from the iconic sculpute of Maurizio Cattelan, "The Ninth Hour" which represents Pope John Paul II lying on the ground after being stuck by a meteorite.
