Trained on the benches of fashion schools, then of upholstery, Sonia Laudet expresses in her work her love of textile materials and her ecological sensitivity. At the crossroads of design and artistic craftsmanship, her resolutely contemporary approach is clearly in line with the Slow Life movement. Whether in fashion or interior design, Sonia Laudet combines textile scraps, rhythms shapes and colours and evokes her travels where lights and landscapes mingle with a well-established singularity and a rigorous and meticulous know-how. This project is above all the sharing of the same environmental and social values that make this collaboration so obvious. The recovery and upgrading of fabric scraps are at the heart of the project. The result, poetic and delicate, is an ode to this shared passion for textiles.
