The Daras Door Panel series by Cornish designer Julius Arthur and his practice "House of Quinn" are both utilitarian and decorative and are available in three unique styles.
Daras - Meaning ‘door’ in Cornish - [Pronounced Dar - IS], inspired by traditional Portières, they provide an inviting transition between spaces. Invoking a den like feeling and a reminder of childhood imagination.
Each panel has been created to fit perfectly within a standard British door panel. Suspended from the door frame, the Daras panels act as a decorative divider or unique wall hang.
House of Quinn is a design practice creating small-batch collections of quilts, textiles and unique objects for abode and dwelling. Objects with a sense of place and function that are reflective of our daily rituals and which become part of our personal collections.
